I. How do you use it?

The iPod dictionaries are exceptionally easy to use. Download the installer for Mac or Windows, plug in your iPod, and begin the installation. When the installer finishes, you are ready to go. (Note that the first time you launch your iPod dictionary, it will require a few moments to load the dictionary pages.

Accessing the dictionary on your iPod is very easy. As shown in the image at the top of the page, you go to the Extras menu of the iPod, go to Notes, and choose Accio. From within Accio you may do several things:

The Accio iPod dictionaries will work with any Apple iPod that has the Notes feature -- currently that is every iPod except for the iPod Shuffle.

The installers requires either Windows 98, 2000, or XP, or Mac OS X 10.2.8 or better.

Licensing contract.

This is a legal contract between you and Ultralingua, Accio's publisher. Using Accio means you accept these terms and conditions.

This software is the property of Ultralingua (hereafter "the licensor"). This software also contains on-line documentation, and in this contract the term "software" covers the program and the documentation pertaining to it.

 

Limited user's license

You are hereby granted a nonexclusive license to use this software in accordance with the conditions prescribed within this contract.

 

Duration:

The license is for an indefinite period. You may cancel it at any moment by notifying the licensor in writing. It may also be cancelled according to the terms laid out in the present license. Upon cancellation you agree to destroy the master copy of the program, the registration number, and any copies of these, and to notify the licensor immediately, in writing, of the destruction of these materials.

 

Limitations to the warranty and liability limitations.

 

General terms

This contract is governed by United States law. You acknowledge having read this license and having understood all its terms, and you agree to respect them in whole. Furthermore, you hereby acknowledge that this license contains the complete and exhaustive list of the terms of the agreement concerning the software struck between you, the licensor, and the other owners, and that it replaces any previous agreement or any written or oral exchange or any other communication pertaining to the object of this license.
